Aboriginal Education

At Berinba Public School, we acknowledge and respect the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our school stands. We recognise the deep history, culture, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and are committed to fostering a learning environment that values and celebrates Indigenous knowledge and perspectives.

Through culturally inclusive education, we aim to build understanding, respect, and reconciliation. Our curriculum integrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, languages, and cultures, ensuring that all students develop a deep appreciation of Australia's First Nations peoples. Student Leadership

School behaviour support and management plan

Our school has a school behaviour support and management plan. This plan helps us create a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment for all students. It sets clear expectations for student behaviour. This includes how we respond to bullying and cyberbullying. We work together with our school community to shape the plan and review it each year.
