Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is a valued part of the Berinba community. Made up of parents, carers, staff and local community members, the P&C works in partnership with the school to support the learning, wellbeing and opportunities of every student.
The P&C meets regularly to share ideas, contribute to decision making, and collaborate on school priorities. They play an active role in developing policies, providing feedback, supporting school initiatives and leading fundraising efforts that directly benefit our students.
At Berinba, our P&C is more than a committee it is a vital voice of our community, strengthening connections, building partnerships and helping create the best possible learning environment for our children.

Supports the president and steps in to lead when needed. Coordinates major fundraising events.

Takes meeting minutes, manages correspondence, and maintains official P&C records.
Wayne Hobden
Manages P&C finances, processes reimbursements, and presents financial reports at meetings.
Alison Horton
Manages canteen rosters, menu planning, and day-to-day canteen operations.
Barry Anderson
Oversees uniform stock, ordering, and Friday morning sales.
Donna Weeks
Plans and organises community events, stalls, and school celebrations.
